Clawch ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered personal training assistant that interacts with users through Telegram. The Service uses third-party large language models (currently provided by Anthropic) to generate training advice, programming, and conversational responses.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will terminate it and delete the associated data.
You agree to provide a valid email address and a password of reasonable strength, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Clawch is an informational and motivational tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, physiotherapy, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise programme, diet, or supplement regimen — particularly if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom suggesting a medical issue, stop training immediately and seek medical attention.
Physical training carries inherent risks, including injury. By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety, technique, equipment, and training environment, and for judging whether any suggestion the Service provides is appropriate for you.
Responses are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinated information. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output. Do not rely on Clawch for emergencies, medical situations, legal questions, or any decision with significant safety, financial, or legal consequences.

You retain ownership of the messages, photos, and files you send to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of operating the Service — including transmitting them to our AI provider so that responses can be generated, and persisting them as conversational memory so that the assistant can refer back to earlier context.
To operate the Service we store: your email address, a hashed password, your Telegram identifier and profile name once you link, the content of your conversations with the bot, any photos or files you send, and derived data (extracted facts, summaries, behavioural patterns, embeddings) used as memory. Conversation content is sent to Anthropic for inference subject to their terms.
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see §14).
The Service depends on third parties — including Telegram (for messaging) and Anthropic (for AI inference) — each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a safety or security risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
